We require 50% payment of the total booking to confirm booking. Remaining 50% will need to be paid by 14 days prior to check in.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Change dates can be made up until 14 days prior to check in (if new dates are available & min nights apply). £10 charge will be applicable.

Electric pitches can only be booked over the phone.

Minimum nights apply to certain dates & Bank Holidays.

We do not accept group bookings, even when booked separately.
